You may return the watch in new, unopened with no physical damage like how we carefully inspect it before shipment. In any case if there is a physical damage and signs of being used, we will repair it and send it back to you.
Please do not attempt to send back items that are used and scratched as no refund will be issued. We will refund less the return shipping cost + the restocking fee of 10% once we have received the returned watch.
Canada – Delivery delays
Deliveries of registered and ordinary mail to Canada (postcodes A, B, C, E, G, H, J, K, L, M, N, P, R, S, T, V, X and Y) may be delayed by as much as several months. Canada Post has alerted that it is working with the Canadian Border Services Agency to resolve delays in processing international inbound mail through its Vancouver facility, its gateway for mail originating from the Asia-Pacific.
We normally ship your watch within 1-3 days after you have successfully placed your order. For Sports watch store to ship your watch order as fast and hassle-free as possible, make sure you provide us with your preferred complete shipping address together with a phone number where you can be contacted. This is to ensure that you can be contacted by the courier or your local post office in case you are unreachable.
If your delivery status shows a delay of more than 4 business days, we will attempt to contact you.
We do allow return for exchange if the watch is not as described or faulty on arrival. We can only do refund if you return the watch back to us in it original condition not used or altered in any way
Please note that customs taxes / import duties are not included in our price. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs taxes or import duties imposed by the customs of the buyer's country.
